First “step” to the professionism. Boost up your knowledge, and apply it to practice. Learn how to manage groups and individual divers with different characteristics; help your instructor during the courses, organize classes and outputs. Get in the game and evaluate your skills “on the other side of the fence.” Duration: at least two weeks, preferably with independent study. Possibility to partecipate to internships, with working experiences.
